Loved the storage jars!

Oh my goodness, I just got the Glas Vorratsdosen mit Holzdeckel and they are absolutely gorgeous! My kitchen looks so organized and chic now. I was so excited to unbox them, and they arrived super fast, like in just 4 days to California! They're sturdy and the wooden lids fit perfectly. I'm already planning my next order for some more kitchen goodies. Seriously, you guys have to check out Royal Golden Home!

Black cutlery was fine

Ordered Schwarzes Besteck. Arrived in 6 days. Quality was good. Looks nice on my table. No problems with the order. Happy with the purchase.

Good value, minor issue

I ordered the Besteckset 24-teilig in black. Overall, it's a solid set for the price. The design is modern, and it feels sturdy in hand. Shipping took a little longer than expected, about 8 days to reach New York, which wasn't ideal but understandable. The packaging was secure, and nothing arrived damaged. One small thing, a couple of the spoons had very tiny, almost imperceptible scratches on the handle, but it wasn't enough to warrant a return. Customer service was responsive when I inquired about tracking. It's a good option for upgrading your kitchen, just be aware delivery might take a bit.

Nice gold cutlery set

I got the Goldenes Besteck Set a couple weeks ago. It looks really fancy, much better than my old mismatched stuff. Delivery took about a week to get to my place in Texas, which was fine. Everything was packed well, no dents or anything. My friends even asked where I got it from when they came over for dinner. Pretty happy with it.

Reliable quality as always

This is my third time ordering from Royal Golden Home, and they're consistently good. This time I picked up a set of their Goldene Küchenhelfer. My first order was a cutlery set a while back, and those are still holding up great after many washes. These new helpers feel just as high quality. They shipped quickly, like my previous orders, and everything was perfectly packed. I keep coming back because their products always look good and last. No surprises, just dependable service and nice stuff for the kitchen.

Hey, thinking of getting one of their gold cutlery sets. Is that stuff actually dishwasher safe? Don't wanna handwash everything.

B Ben Lindqvist 2 months ago

Yeah, pretty sure it is. I've been chucking mine in the dishwasher for months and they still look great.

Mine too, no issues. Just avoid super harsh detergents, I guess. But otherwise, totally fine.

Thinking about getting a storage jar set. How do these compare to something from Westwing or Villeroy & Boch? Quality wise?

T Todd Y. 1 month ago

Their storage solutions are solid. Maybe not the ultra-luxury feel of some V&B lines, but the RGH glass jars with wood lids are really elegant and good quality for the price. I like them more than some Westwing pieces I've gotten.

I'd say their stuff is a good middle ground. Not as high-end as Villeroy & Boch maybe, but definitely a step up from typical department store stuff. And usually better pricing.

Is this store legit? Never heard of Royal Golden Home before and I'm always a bit wary of new online shops.

L Lisa Foster 2 months ago

Totally legit. I've ordered from them a couple of times and everything arrived exactly as described, good quality too.

Yeah, they're good. I know it's a German company, but my experience ordering from the US was smooth, no red flags at all.

Are these gold cutlery sets actually good quality? Like, will the gold chip off after a few uses or is it pretty durable?

K Kevin 1 month ago

I've had my set for almost a year and it's held up really well, no chipping or fading on the gold. Seems like solid quality to me.

The quality is surprisingly good for the price. I've seen some reviews comparing it positively to more expensive brands, and I agree. Mine still looks brand new.

How easy are returns if I don't like the color of the cutlery when it arrives? Do I have to pay for return shipping?

C Cleo L. 1 month ago

Returns were pretty straightforward for me. I think I did have to cover the shipping back, though.

Yeah, you'll probably pay for return shipping, which is kind of a bummer. But the process itself was easy enough, just print a label and send it back. They processed my refund pretty quickly.

I'm in New York, and my sister's birthday is in two weeks. If I order a cutlery set today, will it make it in time?

M Mia 2 months ago

Two weeks might be cutting it close from Germany to NY, especially with customs. I'd probably pay for express shipping if it's that important.

My order took about 10-12 days to the East Coast, so it's possible, but no guarantees. If it were me, I'd probably have a backup plan or reach out to their support to see if they can give a more precise estimate.

What payment options do they have? Just cards, or can I use something like PayPal?

R Raj Y. 2 months ago

They have a bunch of options, I definitely used PayPal for my order.

1

R Raj 2 months ago

Yep, standard card payments are there, but they also offer PayPal which is super convenient.

I saw an influencer code for 15% off, but also eyeing some sale stuff. Can I stack those, or is it one deal per order?

C Cleo 2 months ago

Nah, usually it's just one coupon code per order. So you gotta pick which discount is better.

6

K Kate Silva 2 months ago

Pretty sure they only let you use one code at checkout. And often, codes don't even work on items that are already discounted anyway, so double-check that.
